the time India was going through major changes in its economic and social developments
with its globalisation policy. A bureaucrat son was hard at work redrawing the blueprint
of his small business in Bhera Enclave in New Delhi. The enterprising young man was
Pradeep Kumar, the Deep Group's man of destiny. Those were challenging times. The economy, already reeling under years of
political turmoil that had suffered a near death-blow to the Industry. It was easy to be
disillusioned. And easier still to fail. But for those who were enterprising and not
afraid to live their dreams it was a time of opportunity.
By 1985, he was proficient and experienced
enough to set up DEEP MOTORS. The young automaker turned to Maruti as its first partner to
provide the requisite servicing for cars. This was a fruitful collaboration that led to
enduring ties between DEEP MOTORS and MARUTI UDYOG LIMITED.
However, by the early 1998s, Hyundai
management had made the important decision to appoint DEEP HYUNDAI as its authorized
Dealer of Hyundai Santro & Hyundai Accent cars. And also their Spares & Servicing
agency in New Delhi. Deep-the-proprietorship was transformed into DEEP
HYUNDAI-the-organization. |
